Servicenow HRSD Integration

About the Role

We are seeking a ServiceNow Scripting Expert with deep knowledge of HRSD (HR Service Delivery) to join our GC Technologies team in India. This role focuses on building and maintaining integrations between ServiceNow and Workday systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• ServiceNow Development: Hands-on coding using JavaScript, Glide API (Server & Client), GlideAjax, REST/SOAP integrations, and JSON/XML parsing via Script Includes.
• HRSD Mastery: Expertise in HR Case Management, Employee Center, Lifecycle Events, Document Templates, and Security/COE policies within the ServiceNow platform.
• Workday Integration: Practical experience connecting ServiceNow with Workday using IntegrationHub (HR Spoke), Web Services, EIBs, or custom APIs.

Tech Stack & Skills:

• Web Technologies: Proficiency in REST/SOAP services, JSON/XML/HTML/CSS, and basic AngularJS for Employee Center widget updates.

Requirements:

• Certifications (Preferred): CIS-HRSD, CSA, or CAD.
• Experience: 3+ years of dedicated ServiceNow platform development, with at least 2+ years specifically focused on HRSD and HR system integrations.
