Senior ServiceNow AI Engineer

About this role: For an international organization seeking to accelerate its AI journey. We are looking for a Senior ServiceNow AI Engineer to deliver production-ready Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

Your Mission:

• You will work hands-on with Now Assist, AI Agents (Build Agent), and Generative AI features.
• Take AI solutions from design and proof of concept through implementation to production deployment.

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver AI-powered solutions on ServiceNow using Now Assist, Generative AI, AI Agents, and Build Agent.
• Lead hands-on solution design, architecture, PoCs (Proof of Concepts), and complex AI implementations.
• Identify opportunities to embed AI into business processes, workflows, and platform services.
• Evaluate emerging ServiceNow AI capabilities and recommend relevant use cases.
• Apply modern AI-assisted development practices, including GitHub Copilot and vibe coding.
• Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to deliver scalable, production-ready AI solutions.

Requirements

Educational Profile: Bachelor's or Master's degree.
Experience: 5+ years of ServiceNow experience across development, platform engineering, solution design, and/or architecture. Solid hands-on experience with production GenAI implementations on ServiceNow is essential.

• Strong experience with Now Assist and/or Agentic AI capabilities.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Build Agent, IDE, and Fluent development.
• Experience with GitHub Copilot and vibe coding in enterprise environments.
• Proficiency with Visual Studio Code, CLI/terminal development, and CI/CD workflows.

Key Skills

Fluent English is required. Strong communication and technical problem-solving skills are essential.
