ServiceNow Developer

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow SecOps Developer to design, configure, and customize Security Operations (SecOps) modules within the ServiceNow platform. You will focus on Security Incident Response (SIR) and Vulnerability Response (VR), integrating security tools like Qualys, Tenable, and Splunk via REST APIs.

Your Responsibilities

• Develop automated workflows for incident triage, vulnerability detection, remediation tracking, and SLA monitoring using Flow Designer.
• Create custom scripts, business rules, and integrations to extend platform functionality.
• Design executive-level dashboards for real-time security visibility and reporting.

What We Need

You should have:

• 5–10 years of ServiceNow development experience, with at least 3+ years specialized in SecOps (SIR & VR).
• Expertise in JavaScript, Glide API, REST/SOAP APIs, and MID Servers.
• Certifications: CIS for SecOps or Vulnerability Response is a plus; CAD/CSA preferred.
