ServiceNow Developer

Role Overview

We are recruiting for a confidential client seeking an experienced ServiceNow Application Developer. In this role, you will design, build, and deploy custom ServiceNow applications across ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM domains.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop custom applications including data models, user interfaces, and role-based access controls.
• Build scoped applications, Service Portal widgets, and automated workflows using JavaScript, Glide APIs, and Flow Designer.
• Follow the Common Service Data Model (CSDM) to ensure high-quality CI data visibility.
• Configure and enhance ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Request Management) and ITAM/ITOM capabilities.
• Develop server-side and client-side scripts using JavaScript, GlideScript, Business Rules, UI Policies, and Script Includes.
• Create automated workflows, approval processes, and SLAs using Flow Designer.
• Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems via REST, SOAP, and Integration Hub.
• Design user-friendly Service Portal pages, catalogs, and workspaces using UI Builder.
• Perform unit, integration, and UAT testing before production deployment.
