ServiceNow Developer – ITSM

Role Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer with 3–8 years of hands-on experience in the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in ITSM, ITOM (Discovery, Event Management), CMDB, and enterprise integrations within telecom or network operations environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable solutions on the ServiceNow platform using Business Rules, Script Includes, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.
• Configure ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change) and ITOM capabilities including Discovery patterns and MID Servers.
• Develop robust integrations with monitoring tools (Splunk, Datadog), cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), and enterprise applications via REST/SOAP APIs.
• Maintain CMDB health, data quality, and service impact modeling using IRE rules.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field. 3–8 years of ServiceNow development experience including scripting (JavaScript), workflow automation, security best practices, and SDLC participation from Chennai with a hybrid work model.
