Full Job Description
Join Webologix Ltd as a ServiceNow Developer – ITSM + FSO in Noida, Pune, or Hyderabad. This role requires 5 to 12+ years of experience in ServiceNow development, focusing on Field Service Operations (FSO) and IT Service Management (ITSM).
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow FSO solutions aligned with business needs.
- Configure and customize Work Orders, Mobile Agent apps, dispatching, scheduling, and workforce management.
- Develop custom applications using JavaScript, Business Rules, Flow Designer, REST APIs, and CMDB integrations.
- Ensure compliance with ServiceNow best practices, including code reviews and UAT support.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to optimize workflows.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize system performance.
Required Skills:
- Mandatory: ServiceNow FSO, ITSM, CSM, CMDB, and JavaScript proficiency.
- Preferred: Workforce Optimization, IntegrationHub, Catalog Development, and REST/SOAP APIs.
