Role Responsibilities:

• Responsible for developing and implementing various ServiceNow applications and integrations from initiation to completion, tailored to customer requirements.
• Create, implement, or modify ServiceNow ITSM/CSM and other components.
• Maintain technical documentation and assist/participate in QA and user training activities.

Technical Requirements:

• Understand the project delivery lifecycle and processes for implementation.
• Scripting (JavaScript) for different modules: writing Rules, updating/creating workflows, APIs etc.
• Understand detailed requirements to own code from design through test automation and delivery of high-quality solutions.

• Solve complex problems in a highly dynamic and agile environment with a strong focus on code quality and reusability.
