ServiceNow Developer - Ahmedabad

Input Zero Technologies is seeking a skilled and motivated ServiceNow Developer with 2–4 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform. This is a permanent, full-time position based in Ahmedabad, India. We are looking for an immediate joiner, capable of working in a fast-paced environment. As a ServiceNow Developer, you will be responsible for developing high-quality applications, designing, and implementing testable and scalable code.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, configure, and customize the ServiceNow platform based on business requirements, focusing on modules like ITSM, Incident, Problem, Change Management, and Service Catalog.
• Design and develop workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and integrations.
• Create and maintain ServiceNow scripts including Script Includes, UI Actions, and Scheduled Jobs.
• Develop and customize Service Portal components, including widgets and pages.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
• Perform unit testing and support UAT activities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues and bugs.
• Maintain documentation for development and configurations.
• Develop quality software and web applications, analyze and maintain existing software applications, and discover and fix programming bugs.

Required Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform development.
• Good knowledge of JavaScript, Glide APIs, and ServiceNow scripting.
• Experience in ITSM module implementation.
• Understanding of REST/SOAP integrations.
• Familiarity with Flow Designer and Integration Hub.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, AngularJS for Service Portal development.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• Exposure to CMDB, Discovery, or HRSD modules.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Development experience with programming languages.
• SQL database or relational database skills.
