Cognizant - ServiceNow Developer Opportunity in Gurgaon, Haryana

Cognizant is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our team in Gurgaon, Haryana, India. This role offers an exciting opportunity to leverage your technical expertise in the ServiceNow platform to drive innovation and automate operational processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer user access, manage User Interface Level Integrations, and configure MID Server Integrations within the ServiceNow platform.
• Utilize Import Sets for efficient data loading from external files or databases into ServiceNow.
• Proactively monitor application performance and manage vendor-recommended patches and upgrades to ensure optimal system health.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and implement new opportunities for automating operational processes.
• Apply your experience in ITIL Process consulting and/or implementation to enhance service delivery.
• Develop and configure within key ServiceNow modules, including Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Service Level Management, CMDB, Knowledge Management, Asset Management, and CMS.
• Implement custom solutions using basic Java scripting within the ServiceNow environment.
• Effectively manage and resolve issues within the ServiceNow incident and request queues.
• Perform cloning and deployment activities within ServiceNow to ensure seamless updates and environment management.
• Conduct thorough documentation and review activities to maintain high standards of system integrity and knowledge sharing.
• Manage and execute complex data migration projects within the ServiceNow platform.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience with a minimum of 3 years of experience as an operations engineer.
• 3 to 5 years of hands-on configuration and administration experience in an enterprise IT environment.
• Proven development, operations, and administration experience with the ServiceNow platform.
• Demonstrated ServiceNow implementation experience in core ITSM modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, and Asset Management.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Administrator certification is required.
