Full Job Description
Pahwa Group, operating as Bry-Air (Asia) Private Limited, is actively seeking skilled Service Engineers for its operations in Pune, India, and multiple other locations including Guwahati, Kolkata, Sikkim, Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Goa, Indore, Mumbai, Chandigarh, Delhi, Chennai, and Hyderabad. This permanent, full-time role involves providing comprehensive technical service support to customers across India.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute the installation, commissioning, and start-up of company equipment at customer sites.
- Diagnose and effectively troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control system faults to minimize downtime.
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and attend to breakdown maintenance calls.
- Provide on-site technical support and training to customers and their operators.
- Prepare detailed service reports, visit reports, and maintain accurate maintenance documentation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to secure necessary spares, technical clarifications, and manage escalations.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety standards and company service protocols.
- Identify and communicate potential upselling opportunities for Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs), spare parts, and retrofits.
- Maintain tools, instruments, and service inventory diligently.
- Undertake extensive travel to customer sites as required by service demands.
Required Experience and Qualifications
- A Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation or an ITI certification in a relevant trade.
- A minimum of 2 to 6 years of hands-on experience in servicing industrial equipment, capital goods, HVAC systems, or automation systems.
- Proven experience in field service operations and excellent customer handling abilities.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and manuals.
- Basic knowledge of PLCs and control panels is considered an advantage.

- Effective time management and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

- Basic computer proficiency, including MS Office and familiarity with service applications/CRM systems.
