Service Engineer – Solar & EV

About the Role:
We are seeking a technically skilled and field-oriented Service Engineer to handle installation, commissioning, servicing, troubleshooting, and demonstration of Solar and EV systems. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about renewable energy and electric mobility.
Key Responsibilities include installing and testing solar inverters, batteries, and chargers; performing preventive maintenance on EV equipment like BMS and motors; diagnosing electrical issues using wiring diagrams; conducting hands-on technical demonstrations for trainees; managing safety protocols during field assignments across India; preparing detailed service reports; and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve project challenges.
Technical Skills Required:
- Fundamental knowledge of Solar PV architecture, inverters, charge controllers, and electrical protection systems.
- Proficiency in EV components including batteries, motors, chargers, BMS, and basic electrical circuits.
- Aptitude for reading schematic diagrams and performing troubleshooting with standard electrical instruments.
