Service Engineer

We are actively seeking a dedicated and skilled Service Engineer to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will possess a robust technical background and will be instrumental in delivering exceptional service and support to our valued clients. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the optimal and efficient operation of their dental equipment.

• Key Responsibilities
• Installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment and machinery at customer premises across Hyderabad / Secunderabad, Telangana, Chennai, and Pune.
• Provision of expert technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients.
• Conducting regular inspections and executing preventive maintenance schedules for equipment.
• Meticulous documentation of all service activities and preparation of comprehensive service visit reports.
• Training customers on the correct usage and essential maintenance procedures for their equipment.
• Close collaboration with the sales team to thoroughly understand customer requirements and propose effective solutions.
• Ensuring strict adherence to all safety and quality standards throughout service operations.
• Required Skills and Qualifications
• A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 2 to 7 years of experience in field service or technical support roles.
• Demonstrated strong problem-solving abilities and a proven track record in troubleshooting complex technical issues.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interaction.
• Proficiency in utilizing various diagnostic tools and software applications.
• Familiarity with both electrical and mechanical systems is essential.
• A strong willingness to travel frequently to diverse customer locations within India.
• The capacity to work autonomously and manage time effectively to meet service objectives.
