Service Engineer

We are actively seeking a motivated and technically adept Service Engineer to join our team in Hyderabad / Secunderabad, Telangana. The ideal candidate will possess a robust technical foundation and be responsible for delivering exceptional service and support to our valued clients. Your primary objective will be to ensure our dental equipment operates at peak efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair sophisticated dental equipment and machinery directly at customer locations.
• Provide expert technical support and effective troubleshooting assistance to clients, resolving issues promptly.
• Conduct regular inspections and perform scheduled preventive maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance.
• Meticulously document all service activities and generate comprehensive reports following service visits.
• Deliver training to customers on the proper operation, usage, and maintenance of their equipment.
• Collaborate closely with the sales department to thoroughly understand customer requirements and propose effective solutions.
• Adhere strictly to all safety and quality standards during service operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical, Electrical, or a closely related field.
• A proven track record of 2-7 years in field service or technical support roles.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a strong aptitude for troubleshooting complex technical issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging effectively with clients.
• Proficiency in utilizing diagnostic tools and specialized software.
• Familiarity with both electrical and mechanical systems is essential.
• A willingness to travel frequently to various customer sites.
• The ability to work autonomously and manage time efficiently to meet service demands.
