• Key Responsibilities
• Install, maintain, and repair advanced dental equipment and machinery at customer locations across Telangana.
• Provide expert technical support and effective troubleshooting assistance to clients, resolving issues promptly.
• Conduct routine inspections and perform preventive maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance and longevity.
• Meticulously document all service activities and prepare comprehensive reports following service visits.
• Conduct training sessions for customers on the proper usage, care, and maintenance of dental equipment.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to understand evolving customer needs and propose effective technical solutions.
• Ensure strict adherence to all safety regulations and quality standards during service operations.
• Required Skills and Qualifications
• A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical, Electrical, or a closely related field.
• 2 to 7 years of proven experience in field service engineering or technical support roles, ideally within the medical or dental equipment industry.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a demonstrated capacity for diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective interaction with diverse clientele.
• Proficiency in utilizing various diagnostic tools, testing equipment, and relevant software applications.
• Solid understanding of electrical and mechanical systems commonly found in sophisticated machinery.
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently to customer sites throughout the region.
• A strong capacity for independent work, effective time management, and prioritizing tasks to meet service deadlines.
