Key Responsibilities:

• Execute the installation, maintenance, and repair of specialized dental equipment and machinery at diverse customer locations across Delhi, Kolkata, and Mumbai.
• Deliver expert technical support and effective troubleshooting solutions to clients, resolving issues promptly.
• Conduct regular inspections and implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure optimal equipment performance and longevity.
• Meticulously document all service activities and generate comprehensive reports detailing service visits and outcomes.
• Provide clear and concise training to customers on the proper operation, usage, and routine maintenance of their equipment.
• Actively collaborate with the sales department to gain insights into customer requirements and deliver tailored technical solutions.
• Adhere strictly to all established safety protocols and quality standards throughout all service operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, specifically in Mechanical, Electrical, or a closely related technical discipline.
• A minimum of 2 to 7 years of hands-on experience in field service engineering or technical support roles, preferably within the medical or dental equipment sector.
• Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proven track record of successfully troubleshooting complex technical issues.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective and professional interaction with a diverse clientele.
• Proficiency in utilizing advanced diagnostic tools, testing equipment, and relevant software applications.
• Solid understanding and familiarity with both electrical and mechanical systems.
• A proactive attitude and willingness to travel frequently to various customer sites within the designated regions.
• The ability to work autonomously, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks to meet service commitments.
