Service Engineer - Production Printing

Omni Recruit Private Limited is seeking a dedicated Service Engineer with 2 to 10 years of experience to join our team in Delhi, India. This permanent position focuses on the installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of high-end laser production printing systems, including both color and monochrome units.

Role Overview:

As a Specialist Engineer Service (Production Printing), you will be instrumental in ensuring the optimal performance of advanced printing equipment for clients in the Graphic Arts, Copy Shops, and Transactional printing sectors. Your expertise will directly contribute to customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, commission, and provide ongoing support for high-end production printing machines (color & mono).
• Perform advanced troubleshooting to resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
• Conduct preventive and breakdown maintenance to maximize equipment uptime.
• Support customers across Graphic Arts, Copy Shop, and Transactional printing segments.
• Collaborate with internal teams and OEM technical support when necessary.
• Maintain accurate service records and adhere to service level agreements (SLAs).
• Deliver timely and effective service to enhance overall customer satisfaction.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Experience: 2 to 10 years.
• Education: B.Tech / B.E. in a technical discipline, OR 12th Pass with a Diploma in Engineering (Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical / Printing Technology or related fields).

Key Skills and Competencies:

• Proven experience in the production printing / printing solutions industry.
• Hands-on expertise in installing and servicing high-end laser production printers.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with Graphic Arts, Copy Shop, and Transactional printing workflows.
• Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
• Ability to work independently in a field-service environment.

Preferred Profile:

• Experience with production printing OEMs or authorized service partners is a plus.
• Knowledge of both color and mono production printing engines.
• Willingness to travel as required for service and customer needs.
