Pahwa Group is actively recruiting for talented Service Engineers to deliver comprehensive technical service support. Your responsibilities will encompass the installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance of company equipment at customer sites, with a strong focus on ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and minimizing operational downtime.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute the installation, commissioning, and start-up of equipment at diverse customer locations.
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and control system faults effectively.
- Perform scheduled preventive and reactive breakdown maintenance to ensure equipment reliability.
- Provide on-site technical assistance and training to customers and operators, fostering their proficiency.
- Generate accurate service reports, visit summaries, and detailed maintenance documentation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to secure necessary spare parts, technical clarifications, and manage escalations promptly.
- Uphold stringent safety standards and adhere to all company service protocols.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs), spare parts, and retrofits.
- Maintain tools, instruments, and service inventory diligently.
- Undertake travel to customer sites as dictated by service requirements and schedules.
Required Experience & Qualifications
- Diploma in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation or ITI certification in a relevant trade.
- 2 to 6 years of hands-on experience in servicing industrial equipment, capital goods, HVAC systems, or automation solutions.
- Proven experience in field service operations and adeptness in customer handling.
- Capability to interpret and understand technical drawings and user manuals.
- Basic knowledge of PLCs and control panels is considered a significant advantage.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer interaction.
- Proficiency in time management and the ability to work autonomously.
- A strong willingness to travel extensively to various project locations.
- Physical fitness and capability to perform site work and field operations.
- Basic proficiency in computer applications, including MS Office and relevant service applications/CRMs.
Locations available: Guwahati, Kolkata, Sikkim, Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Goa, Indore, Mumbai, Pune, Chandigarh, Delhi, Chennai, Hyderabad.
Compensation & Benefits
- Compensation Package (CTC): INR 4 - 6 Lakhs Per Annum.
- Travel allowances and daily allowances will be provided as applicable.
