• Key Responsibilities:
• Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of dental equipment and machinery at customer locations in Ahmedabad and surrounding areas.
• Deliver expert technical support and effective troubleshooting assistance to clients.
• Conduct regular inspections and implement preventive maintenance strategies for equipment.
• Meticulously document all service activities and generate comprehensive reports following service visits.
• Provide clear and concise training to customers on the proper usage and maintenance of their equipment.
• Liaise with the sales team to understand client requirements and offer appropriate technical solutions.
• Adhere to all safety and quality standards during service operations.
• Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical, Electrical, or a closely related field.
• 2 to 7 years of relevant experience in field service or technical support roles, ideally within the medical device or dental industry.
• Demonstrated strong problem-solving abilities and a knack for diagnosing and resolving technical issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, essential for building rapport with clients.
• Proficiency in utilizing diagnostic tools and relevant software.
• Solid understanding of electrical and mechanical systems.
• Flexibility and willingness to travel frequently to customer sites within the region.
• Proven ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively.
