Service & Application Engineer - Critical Care Medical Devices in Noida, India

Acer Biomedicals LLP is seeking a dynamic and technically skilled Service & Application Engineer to join our team in Noida, India. This permanent position focuses on the installation, maintenance, and clinical application of critical care medical devices. You will be instrumental in ensuring the optimal performance of our equipment and providing essential on-site and remote support to healthcare professionals across India.

Key Responsibilities:

• Service & Technical Support: Perform installation, commissioning, and product demonstrations of medical devices at customer locations. Conduct preventive and breakdown maintenance for critical care equipment such as ECG machines, patient monitors, and HFNC devices. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to patient care. Maintain accurate service records, reports, and documentation. Collaborate with internal teams to manage spare parts inventory and technical assistance.
• Application Support: Deliver comprehensive product training and clinical application support to doctors, nurses, and biomedical staff. Educate customers on product features and best practices for optimal usage. Lead product demonstrations and conduct in-service training sessions. Provide valuable support to the sales team during product evaluations and trials.

Requirements:

• Possess a Bachelor's degree, Diploma, or ITI in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, or a related technical field.
• 1-5 years of experience in servicing and application support for medical devices, with a preference for critical care equipment.
• Demonstrate strong technical troubleshooting abilities.
• Exhibit excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Be willing to undertake extensive travel as required.
• Have a foundational understanding of medical device regulations and hospital workflows.
