Senior Zoho Developer

Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Senior Zoho Developer to become an integral part of our expanding team. In this role, you will be instrumental in the design, development, and deployment of innovative solutions across the comprehensive Zoho ecosystem, catering to a diverse clientele. This position requires significant hands-on expertise in Zoho Deluge scripting, intricate application customization, and seamless third-party integrations. You will collaborate directly with clients and internal stakeholders to effectively translate complex business requirements into robust and scalable Zoho implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and customize applications within the Zoho suite, including Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Inventory, Zoho Books, Zoho Desk, and Zoho Analytics.
• Author and implement complex Deluge scripts to automate workflows, create custom functions, manage scheduled tasks, and facilitate inter-module data synchronization.
• Design, build, and maintain robust integrations between various Zoho applications and external third-party platforms such as payment gateways, shipping providers, WhatsApp, and marketing tools, leveraging Zoho Flow, APIs, and webhooks.
• Configure and optimize Zoho Desk functionalities, encompassing ticket workflows, Service Level Agreement (SLA) policies, assignment rules, email templates, and knowledge base setup.
• Configure Zoho Inventory and Zoho Books to manage purchase orders, sales orders, invoices, and implement custom automation for financial processes.
• Create insightful dashboards and detailed analytical reports within Zoho Analytics, aligned with client-defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Translate client business needs into well-defined user stories, detailed solution designs, and comprehensive technical documentation.
• Perform critical data migration, deduplication, and cleanup operations during the onboarding process for new clients.
• Diagnose and resolve production issues, providing continuous support for all deployed Zoho solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2 to 4 years of demonstrated hands-on experience with key Zoho ecosystem applications, including CRM, Creator, Inventory, Books, Desk, and Analytics.
• Strong proficiency in Zoho Deluge scripting, with a solid understanding of API calls, map/list operations, effective error handling, and the creation of scheduled functions.
• Proven experience in building custom modules, designing intuitive layouts, defining fields, implementing workflows, and configuring blueprints within Zoho CRM.
• Working knowledge of REST APIs, webhooks, and OAuth-based integration protocols.
• Familiarity with Zoho Flow for streamlining cross-application automation processes.
• Demonstrated ability to read, interpret, and write technical documentation, user stories, and test cases.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a methodical, detail-oriented approach to debugging.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, essential for direct client interaction and stakeholder management.
