Aimbeat.com is seeking a highly experienced Senior WordPress Developer to join our team in Mumbai, Maharashtra. This is a full-time, office-based role located in Andheri East, Mumbai.

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior WordPress Web Developer with a minimum of 3 years of professional experience and a proven track record of developing over 50 WordPress websites. The ideal candidate will be proficient in designing, developing, customizing, and deploying high-performance WordPress websites independently. You should possess strong expertise in core WordPress development, custom theme and plugin development, Elementor/Gutenberg, WooCommerce, PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SEO-optimized website architecture, and website speed optimization. This role requires the ability to manage the complete website development lifecycle, from UI design to deployment, ensuring optimal performance, robust security, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop high-performance WordPress websites from scratch.
• Build custom WordPress themes and templates tailored to client requirements.
• Develop and customize WordPress plugins and modules.
• Implement SEO-friendly WordPress website structures and schema markup.
• Create high-conversion landing pages using Elementor, Gutenberg, or custom layouts.
• Optimize websites for speed, Core Web Vitals, and performance (targeting 90+ Lighthouse scores).
• Implement mobile-first responsive web design across all devices.
• Ensure comprehensive website optimization for SEO and search engine indexing.
• Configure caching, CDN integration, and other performance optimization techniques.
• Develop and customize WooCommerce eCommerce websites, including payment gateway integration, shipping systems, product catalogs, and checkout flows.
• Optimize WooCommerce stores for conversion rate optimization (CRO).
• Integrate third-party APIs, payment gateways, CRM systems, and marketing tools.
• Configure WordPress security measures, including firewalls and malware protection.
• Perform database optimization and server configuration as needed.
• Handle website deployment on various hosting environments (cPanel, AWS, Cloud hosting).
• Manage domains, SSL installations, backups, and website migrations.
• Perform bug fixing, troubleshooting, and ongoing website improvements.
• Collaborate effectively with design, SEO, and marketing teams to build high-conversion websites.
• Manage multiple WordPress projects simultaneously and deliver them on time.
• Communicate project progress and technical requirements to project managers.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum 3+ years of professional WordPress development experience.
• A portfolio demonstrating the development of 50+ professional WordPress websites.
• Proven ability to design and develop websites independently.
• Strong knowledge of custom WordPress development (themes and plugins).
• Extensive experience with WooCommerce websites.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Proven ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.
• Expertise in PHP development, MySQL database, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Proficiency with Elementor Page Builder and Gutenberg Editor.
• Experience in SEO-friendly website structure and website speed optimization.
• Knowledge of WordPress security hardening.
• Experience with API integration, website migration, and deployment.

Additional experience with React, headless WordPress, or advanced WordPress frameworks is a plus.

Mandatory Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of WordPress development experience.
• Must have developed 50+ professional websites.
• Ability to design and develop websites independently.

• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Important Note: Candidates with less than 3 years of experience or fewer than 50 completed projects are not eligible. Freshers and beginners are not considered for this role.

Work Location

Office Location: Andheri East, Sakinaka, Mumbai, Maharashtra. This is a full-time, in-person role. Remote work is not available.
