Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional Webflow development experience.
  • Strong experience building production-ready, responsive Webflow websites from Figma designs.
  • Strong understanding of Webflow CMS, reusable components, variables, and scalable class naming.
  • Proficiency with Finsweet Attributes (CMS Filter, Load, Sort, Combine) and advanced collection-list use cases.
  • Solid command of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Experience with Webflow Interactions, GSAP, and ScrollTrigger.
  • Knowledgeable in APIs, forms, CRMs, analytics tools, and third-party integrations.
  • Strong grasp of website performance, accessibility, SEO, and Core Web Vitals.
  • Meticulous attention to visual detail, responsive behavior, and UX quality.
  • Experience collaborating with designers, project managers, and clients.
  • A strong portfolio of Webflow projects is required.

Responsibilities

  • Build responsive, production-ready Webflow websites from detailed Figma designs.
  • Create scalable Webflow systems using reusable components and structured naming conventions.
  • Manage CMS-driven websites with clean architecture.
  • Develop polished interactions using GSAP and ScrollTrigger.
  • Implement custom functionality via HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Integrate sites with forms, APIs, CRMs, and analytics platforms.
  • Optimize for performance, accessibility, SEO, and Core Web Vitals.
  • Perform comprehensive QA across browsers, devices, breakpoints, CMS content, and interactions.
  • Collaborate from development through launch with designers and stakeholders.
