Senior Web Operations Engineer

Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Web Operations Engineer (Site Reliability Engineer) based in Gurugram, Haryana. This role focuses on reliability, availability, AI adoption in SRE, security management, and cloud-native infrastructure engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reliability & Availability: Lead incident response, conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA), build runbooks/playbooks, and drive toil reduction through automation.
  
• Observability: Design full observability stacks using Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry. Build intelligent alerting to reduce noise and implement distributed tracing for microservices visibility.

SRE & AI Integration

Leverage AIOps platforms for anomaly detection and automated root cause analysis. Implement LLM-powered tools for incident triage (summarization, fix suggestions) and build ML models for capacity forecasting to optimize infrastructure spend.

Security: Embed security-as-reliability principles, own issue remediations across OS/containers, and integrate SAST/DAST into CI/CD pipelines.

Infrastructure & Platform

• Design/maintain cloud-native AWS infrastructure using Terraform/Pulumi; drive rightsizing and cost anomaly detection.
  
• Manage Kubernetes clusters (autoscaling, networking, upgrades).

AEM Administration: Own end-to-end reliability of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) environments including Author, Publish, Dispatcher, and AEM as a Cloud Service.

Additional Requirements

The role requires hands-on experience with Global Traffic Management, CDNs (Akamai/Cloudflare), vendor management, Java/J2EE frameworks, CI/CD tools like Jenkins, AWS/Azure services, RESTful APIs/SOAP, and scripting languages like Python/Shell.

Leadership

• Mentor junior/mid-level SREs.
  
• Define team standards and best practices.
  
• Collaborate with product, dev, and security teams as an embedded reliability partner.
