Senior Web Developer (4+ Years Experience)

We are seeking a Senior Web Developer to own, scale, and optimize high-performance web applications using React.js, Next.js, and Tailwind CSS. Join our core technology team to build seamless, user-focused digital experiences from development to deployment.

• Own the end-to-end development and delivery of complex web features, from requirement gathering through production launch.
• Build scalable, reusable, and high-performance applications using React.js, Next.js, and Tailwind CSS.
• Translate product requirements and design specifications into robust technical solutions.
• Design and integrate APIs while collaborating closely with backend engineers.
• Identify and resolve performance, scalability, and reliability issues across the application stack.
• Participate actively in code reviews to establish engineering best practices.
• Contribute to technical architecture decisions, technology choices, and long-term product scalability strategies.
• Mentor junior engineers and help improve overall engineering quality and development processes.

You're a Great Fit If You

• Possess 4–6 years of professional experience in web development, preferably within fast-paced startup environments.
• Have strong hands-on experience with React.js and modern frontend architecture patterns.
• Demonstrate proficiency in Next.js, including advanced routing, server-side rendering (SSR), API routes, and performance optimization techniques.
• Show excellent command of JavaScript/TypeScript, ES6+ concepts, asynchronous programming, and modern development workflows.
• Have strong experience with Tailwind CSS for building responsive, pixel-perfect user interfaces.
• Are experienced in designing and integrating REST APIs and working seamlessly with backend services.
