Senior Web Developer & Designer

Role

We are seeking an experienced Web Developer & Designer to join our team in Thane. The ideal candidate will be able to both build and lead — managing a small team while remaining hands-on with design and development tasks.

Key Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in web design & development
• Demonstrable portfolio showcasing 100+ websites designed/developed
• Strong proficiency in Figma, WordPress, Shopify, PHP, HTML, React JS, and JavaScript
• Solid backend/database expertise with MySQL and MongoDB
• Proven leadership ability — must have led or managed a team previously
• Must be based in or near Thane location

Responsibilities

• Design and develop responsive, high-quality websites and e-commerce stores for clients
• Lead and mentor a diverse team of developers/designers, reviewing their work to ensure top quality standards
• Manage end-to-end project delivery — from initial wireframe/Figma design through final deployment
• Closely collaborate with external clients and internal teams to thoroughly understand requirements
• Maintain high code quality, performance optimization, and strict design standards across all projects
