Scope of Work

The consultant will be responsible for:

• Reviewing the existing video interview platform architecture.
• Identifying root causes of recording and performance issues.
• Improving video recording stability.
• Reducing latency between interview questions.
• Fixing timer and interview flow inconsistencies.
• Designing a scalable architecture capable of supporting 1000+ concurrent interviews.

Current Problem Areas

• Video recording occasionally stops during interviews.
• Some answers are not recorded properly.
• Delays between interview questions.
• Issues on mobile browsers (especially iPhone).
• Timer inconsistencies during interviews.

Preferred Technical Experience

Strong hands-on experience is required in:

• WebRTC / Browser-based video recording.
• High-scale video platforms.
• React / NextJS.
• NodeJS / Python / Go.
• Cloud architecture (AWS / GCP / Azure).
• Video processing tools such as FFmpeg.
• Experience with Speech-to-Text or AI transcription systems is a plus.

Engagement Type

• Short-term consulting / architecture review.
• Ad-hoc technical engagement.
• Potential for longer-term collaboration depending on results.
