Senior Video Editor — Founder

About the Role

Attack Capital, a YC-backed venture studio specializing in AI SaaS products for healthcare, sales, and voice, is seeking a talented Senior Video Editor to join its founder-led brand content team. We are actively developing a high-impact short-form video engine to engage founders, operators, and venture capitalists.

What You'll Do

• Produce 3-5 vertical short-form videos weekly, featuring our co-founder.
• Identify and select compelling topics that resonate with founder and VC audiences, a key aspect of this role.
• Create AI-powered reaction-style edits derived from podcasts and interview clips.
• Manage the complete content pipeline, from topic ideation and script assistance to editing, captioning, and final delivery.

What You Need

• A strong portfolio showcasing short-form video content (Reels, Shorts, TikTok).
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Working knowledge of After Effects or other motion graphics tools.
• Experience utilizing AI-native content creation tools like HeyGen, Submagic, Opus Clip, ElevenLabs, and Runway.
• An innate ability for hook-first storytelling.
• The capacity to deliver fast, high-quality videos ranging from 60 to 90 seconds.

Nice to Have

• Experience editing content related to technology, startups, or venture capital.
• A background in scriptwriting.
• Experience in ghost-editing for founders or creators.

The Ideal Candidate

• Over 2 years of experience editing vertical short-form videos.
• A portfolio demonstrating strong taste in topic selection beyond just editing skills.
• Comfort and proficiency working within an AI-first content creation workflow.
• The ability to produce content rapidly and consistently.
