Senior UX/UI Designer

Dream Global Constructions is seeking a creative and detail-oriented IT Web Designer with strong expertise in UI/UX design, website development, and hosting management. The ideal candidate will design visually appealing, user-friendly websites and handle end-to-end web deployment for our operations in Delhi.

Key Responsibilities

• Design modern, responsive, and user-centric website layouts.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and UI mockups.
• Ensure adherence to excellent UI/UX standards and usability principles.
• Develop and maintain websites using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CMS platforms like WordPress.
• Manage web hosting, domain configuration, cPanel, FTP, and server deployment.
• Optimize websites for speed, performance, and basic SEO.
• Collaborate with internal teams for content and updates.
• Troubleshoot website issues and ensure smooth functionality.

Required Skills

• Strong command of UI/UX design principles.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Photoshop.
• Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms.
• Hands-on experience with hosting, domain setup, cPanel, and server migration.
• Understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
• Basic knowledge of SEO and website performance optimization.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate in any discipline, with a preference for IT or Design fields.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in web designing.
• A strong portfolio showcasing relevant work will be advantageous.
