Senior UX/UI Designer

We are seeking a Senior UX/UI Designer with expertise in a variety of design tools, including wireframing tools, Axure, OmniGraffle, mind mapping tools, Visio, Sketch, and the Adobe suite. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to collaborate with clients to understand their detailed requirements and design comprehensive user experiences that align with their vision. Experience in usability analysis, conducting design thinking workshops, visual design, and usability testing is essential. Strong communication skills are required to clearly articulate design processes, ideas, and solutions to both internal teams and clients. This role involves close collaboration with distributed teams and stakeholders to regularly deliver design solutions for approval. Proficiency in creating information architecture and interaction design is necessary. The candidate should be adept at understanding and adhering to branding guidelines, be well-versed in the latest design patterns and trends, and have experience designing device-agnostic solutions. Experience with accessibility standards is also required.
