Senior UX/UI Designer

Triplespeed is looking for a high-performing Senior UX/UI Designer to join our fast-growing consumer app studio in Bengaluru/Bangalore, India. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing high-performing user experiences for some of the world's fastest-scaling consumer applications. You will craft intuitive, high-converting interfaces for both mobile and web consumer apps, taking ownership of key user journeys from onboarding and paywalls to core product flows and monetization surfaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end UX/UI for consumer apps across mobile and web platforms.
• Own and develop high-impact user flows including onboarding, paywalls, subscriptions, upsells, checkout, and account management.
• Employ conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles in your designs, balancing clarity, trust, urgency, and emotional appeal.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and marketers to ensure rapid shipping and iterative development.
• Translate product requirements, funnels, and hypotheses into clear wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and interactive prototypes.
• Continuously refine designs based on performance data, user behavior analysis, and A/B testing results.
• Develop and maintain scalable design systems and reusable components to facilitate swift product iteration.
• Partner with marketing and growth teams to ensure a cohesive user experience across advertisements, landing pages, and in-app interfaces.
• Contribute to A/B testing strategies through the creation of design variations and UX experiments.
• Opportunities for future growth into senior or lead designer roles, overseeing multiple products or mentoring junior designers.

Who Can Apply

• Experienced designers with at least 15 years of UX/UI design experience, preferably in consumer apps, DTC, fintech, or SaaS.
• A profound understanding of mobile-first design principles and contemporary UI patterns.
• Designers who approach challenges with a focus on funnels, flows, and user journeys, rather than just individual screens.
• Demonstrated experience in designing conversion-focused interfaces for areas like onboarding, checkout, subscriptions, and upsells.
• Highly detail-oriented individuals capable of working at speed, iterating frequently, and thriving in a performance-driven setting.
• Must be based in Bangalore or willing to relocate.

Preferred / Bonus Experience

• Experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO) or e-commerce-style user flows.
• Previous work on subscription-based products, fintech applications, or marketplaces.
• Experience designing game interfaces or gamified systems, such as levels, rewards, progress tracking, streaks, and virtual currencies, is a significant advantage.
• Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and design experimentation.
• Ability to interpret product metrics and user behavior to inform design improvements.
