Senior UX/CX Designer

As part of the Enterprise Digital Product Office (EDPO), you will lead end-to-end design for complex digital experiences across responsive web and mobile applications within a global healthcare organization.

• Lead discovery, concept development, delivery, and continuous improvement for product initiatives
• Partner with PMs, engineers, researchers, and stakeholders to define problems and create user-centered solutions
• Facilitate workshops, journey mapping, and experience visioning to inform product direction
• Translate research and analytics into design strategies balancing user needs and business objectives
• Champion accessibility and inclusive design while driving consistency via evolving design systems
