We are seeking a talented Senior UX Designer to join our dynamic User Experience Design team within the Research and Development department in Bengaluru, India. Your Mission
- Apply advanced visual and interaction design skills with a keen eye for detail, ensuring usability, accessibility (WCAG 2.2 AA), and comprehensive state coverage across complex interfaces. Maintain high design quality and drive continuous improvement.
- Utilize no-code or low-code tools such as Framer, Webflow, or internal platforms, understanding how modular design contributes to reusable UI systems.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Figma, leveraging components, auto-layout, variants, prototyping, and efficient file organization.
- Employ strong UX writing skills to create clear, concise, and helpful in-product copy that enhances user experience.
- Translate research findings into actionable and effective design solutions.
- Conduct usability tests, analyze customer feedback, and iterate designs rapidly.
- Collaborate effectively within a cross-functional '3-in-a-box' model (UX, Product Management, Engineering).
- Confidently present design rationale and lead design reviews.
- Thrive in agile environments, delivering high-quality work within sprint cycles.
- Maintain high standards for design quality and a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Leverage data to understand user behavior and inform design decisions.
- Demonstrate curiosity about emerging AI trends and their potential to enhance the design process.
About You
You are a strong collaborator, adept at communicating effectively with team members across the R&D organization. As a self-learner, you enjoy researching and applying UX trends and excel in rapid, iterative design and development processes. Your experience includes:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Human Computer Interaction, Industrial Design, or a related technical field.
- 5-8 years of experience in the full product design process, from research to rollout, demonstrated through work, personal projects, or internships.
- A portfolio showcasing your UX projects and applied experience.
- Proficiency with design tools such as Sketch, InVision, Adobe Creative Suite, and others.
- High proficiency in at least one UX area, including research, information architecture, visual design, or interaction design.
- The ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly with R&D teams, product managers, and senior management.
- Experience with enterprise product design and web-based applications.
- Experience leading design initiatives or teams.
- Familiarity with data privacy, third-party risk management, and/or security domains.
- Scrum certification is a plus.
