Senior UX Designer

OneTrust is experiencing rapid growth and increasing demand for its comprehensive platform, which covers Privacy, Security, Data Governance, GRC, Third-Party Risk, Ethics and Compliance, and ESG. We are actively seeking a Senior UX Designer to join our dynamic User Experience Design team within the Research and Development department. This role is crucial in continually enhancing the usability, design, and overall experience of OneTrust's web applications and other products and services, impacting a diverse global user base.

As a Senior UX Designer, you will work under the guidance of a Principal UX Designer, contributing to a wide range of UX responsibilities including:

• Design: Creating essential deliverables across the entire design lifecycle, encompassing information architecture, interface design, interaction design, and both low and high-fidelity prototypes.
• Standards: Identifying, defining, and championing UX best practices, including the development of templates.
• UX Metrics: Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data from various sources, such as web metrics and customer support data, to drive informed user experience decisions.
• Industry Awareness: Staying current with and applying relevant UX trends to our product development.
• Promotion: Acting as a dedicated UX advocate within the OneTrust organization.

We are looking for a strong collaborator with excellent communication skills, capable of working effectively with diverse teams across the R&D organization. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a passion for researching and applying UX trends, and thrives in fast-paced, iterative design and development environments.

Your qualifications should include:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Human Computer Interaction, Industrial Design, or a related technical field.
• 5 to 8 years of experience in the full product design process, from initial research to product rollout, including personal projects or internships.
• A portfolio showcasing a range of UX projects and applied experience.
• Proficiency with design tools such as Sketch, InVision, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Demonstrated high-level proficiency in at least one core UX area, such as research, information architecture, visual design, or interaction design.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with R&D teams, product managers, and senior management.
• Experience in enterprise product design, specifically with web-based applications.
• Prior experience in leading a team is a plus.
• Familiarity with data privacy, third-party risk management, and/or security domains.
• Scrum certification is desirable.
