The Role

We are seeking an experienced Sr. UX Systems Designer for our shared services digital product organization serving retailer customers and internal business users. You will own end-to-end UX, the design system (reusable components/templates), accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA), prototyping in Figma, and delivery of build-ready assets.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a robust design system to enable faster shipping across teams while ensuring brand consistency.
• Owning UX for core digital products (websites, mobile apps, email marketing) translating business needs into intuitive frameworks.
• Safeguarding usability outcomes: task completion rates, abandonment reduction, and accessibility compliance.
• Driving the prototype-to-decision loop to de-risk engineering investment.
• Presenting rationale to stakeholders and defending design decisions under pressure.

Requirements

• 7+ years of UX/product design experience (website, app, email).
• Expert-level fluency in Figma and modern prototyping tools.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum cadences and accessibility standards.

Preferred: Experience designing for enterprise/B2B interfaces and mentoring designers.
