Senior Unity Developer (3D / Real Estate Visualization) - Pune

GLOBAL INFOCLOUD is seeking a talented Senior Unity Developer with a specialization in 3D visualization to join our team in Pune. This is a permanent, full-time, work-from-office position. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience in developing interactive 3D applications, particularly for the real estate and interior design sectors. You will be instrumental in creating immersive environments, managing complex 3D assets, and ensuring high-quality visual outputs for both web and mobile platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop interactive 3D applications using Unity for real estate and interior design solutions.
• Create realistic 3D environments by working with models, textures, lighting, and materials.
• Implement advanced features such as walkthroughs, virtual tours, and configurators for furniture, layouts, and materials.
• Optimize large-scale 3D scenes for enhanced performance across various devices.
• Collaborate closely with designers, architects, and 3D artists to seamlessly integrate assets.
• Manage scenes, asset bundling, and memory optimization effectively.
• Integrate APIs, backend systems, and third-party SDKs as required.
• Debug applications and maintain optimal performance and stability.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3-4 years of professional experience in Unity development.
• Strong proficiency in C#.
• Experience handling various 3D model formats (e.g., FBX, OBJ, GLTF).
• Solid understanding of lighting, shaders, materials, and rendering pipelines.
• Proven experience in building interactive UI/UX within Unity.
• Expertise in performance optimization for high-poly 3D scenes.
• Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git.
• Understanding of asset pipelines and 3D workflows.

Preferred Skills

• Previous experience in real estate, architecture, or interior design visualization projects.
• Knowledge of Augmented Reality (AR) and Virtual Reality (VR) applications, including virtual tours and room placement.
• Experience with Unity's Universal Render Pipeline (URP) or High Definition Render Pipeline (HDRP).
• Familiarity with 3D modeling software such as Blender, 3ds Max, or Maya.
• Experience with WebGL builds or cloud streaming of 3D applications.

Location: Pune, Maharashtra (Work from Office)

Salary: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
