Senior UI/UX Designer

Gotech Digi Marketing Solutions seeks a creative and user-focused Senior UI/UX Designer with 2 to 3 years of experience. This is a full-time, in-office position based in Delhi NCR. You will be responsible for designing intuitive and visually appealing web and mobile applications, working hands-on on real projects. A strong understanding of user behavior and modern design trends is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research and analyze user behavior patterns.
• Develop wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes.
• Design responsive and modern UI layouts for both web and mobile platforms.
• Enhance user experience through feedback analysis and usability testing.
• Collaborate effectively with development and marketing teams.
• Ensure design system and brand guideline consistency.
• Stay abreast of the latest UX/UI trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Solid understanding of UX principles and UI design concepts.
• Experience with responsive and mobile-first design approaches.
• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
• A portfolio showcasing relevant UX/UI projects is mandatory.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• 1 to 2 years of relevant UX/UI experience.
• Proven experience working on live or client-based projects.
• Candidates must be based in Delhi NCR.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.

Salary: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
