Senior UI/UX Designer

Cyara is seeking a Senior User Experience / User Interface Designer for its UX Team in Hyderabad, Telangana. This role is crucial for realizing the best possible user experience for the Cyara Automated Customer Experience (CX) Assurance Platform. You will be an integral part of an Agile product development process, collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, build, document, and roll out products that align with the company’s strategy to expand its market reach and maintain thought leadership. Responsibilities include contributing to all aspects of user experience definition, from user needs identification through research and interviews to creating wireframes, user stories, user journeys, mock-ups, and usability requirements. You will validate and refine design solutions via user testing, translating insights into high-quality user experiences. The role involves identifying, advocating for, and owning design-driven projects to enhance product usability and visual design. You will present designs to cross-functional teams and stakeholders, articulate design decisions, and incorporate feedback. Collaboration with non-design stakeholders to promote design thinking and processes is key. You will partner with product managers, developers, and architects to translate business goals into user-centered designs. Staying current with UX/UI best practices, tools, and methodologies, and suggesting improvements to design processes are expected. Ensuring designs meet accessibility standards through inclusive design principles, collaborating with developers, and testing for usability across diverse users is also a core function. The role thrives in an autonomous, remote-friendly environment that emphasizes asynchronous written communication and collaboration. You will champion the value of great UX within Cyara and use, contribute to, and evolve the Cyara design system and brand guidelines to ensure consistency.
