Senior UI/UX Designer

We are seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer to lead our design initiatives. You will be responsible for the entire design process, from conceptualization to implementation, ensuring high-quality deliverables and timely completion of projects. This role involves close collaboration with product managers to define product requirements and user stories. You will conduct user research, gather feedback, and create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design concepts and interactions. Working with cross-functional teams, you'll ensure consistent user experiences across various platforms and devices. Conducting usability testing and incorporating data-driven insights will be crucial for iterating on design solutions. Staying current with the latest UI/UX trends and best practices is essential, and you'll share this knowledge with the team. As a mentor, you will guide junior designers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment. You will advocate for user-centered design principles and contribute to the continuous improvement of our design processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (Master's preferred).
• Proven experience as a UI/UX designer with a strong portfolio showcasing design work and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools like Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, InVision.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Strong knowledge of mobile and web design patterns, responsive design, and accessibility guidelines.
• Experience in user research, usability testing, and using data to inform design.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design rationale.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating visually appealing, intuitive interfaces.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Familiarity with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
