Senior UI/UX Designer - Bengaluru

Vimerse Infotech, a dynamic IT company in Bengaluru, is seeking a talented and experienced Senior UI/UX Designer. You will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience and visual aesthetics of our digital products. Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other designers to create intuitive and visually stunning interfaces that delight our users. The ideal candidate is a creative problem-solver with a deep understanding of user-centered design principles and the ability to translate complex concepts into elegant, user-friendly interfaces.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design process from concept to implementation, ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to project timelines.
• Collaborate with product managers to define and refine product requirements and user stories.
• Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform design decisions and iterate on design solutions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design concepts and interactions.
• Ensure consistent and cohesive user experiences across different platforms and devices by collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to validate and iterate on design solutions.
• Stay current with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies, sharing knowledge and best practices with the team.
• Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented team culture.
• Advocate for user-centered design principles and contribute to the improvement of design processes and methodologies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Proven experience as a UI/UX designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing design work and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, InVision, etc.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Strong knowledge of mobile and web design patterns, responsive design, and accessibility guidelines.
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing, and utilizing data-driven insights to inform design decisions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively articulate design concepts and rationale to stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
