Job Purpose

We are seeking an expert Lead / Senior UI HTML Developer with extensive experience in core web interface engineering to lead our UI architecture. You will bridge the gap between UI/UX design and technical engineering, crafting pixel-perfect, accessible, responsive, and high-performance UI components. Your role involves building enterprise Design Systems and setting web coding standards across digital products.

Key Responsibilities

1. UI Architecture & Design Systems: Architect, maintain, and scale reusable component libraries using tools like Storybook or Tailwind CSS. Enforce strict semantic HTML5 structures with WCAG 2.1/2.2 AA accessibility compliance (ARIA roles). Implement modern CSS methodologies including BEM, Grid, Flexbox, and preprocessors like Sass.
2. Frontend Integration & Performance: Integrate templates into frameworks such as React or Angular. Optimize for Core Web Vitals by managing DOM size and asset delivery. Deliver mobile-first responsive interfaces across all modern browsers.
3. Governance, Mentorship & QA: Establish UI/UX engineering standards via rigorous code reviews. Collaborate with designers on Figma to evaluate feasibility of micro-interactions. Mentor mid-level developers on accessibility best practices.

Required Skills

• Total Experience: 8-12 years in UI development/front-end engineering.
• Core Stack: Expert mastery of HTML5, DOM manipulation, and WCAG/WAI-ARIA standards. Deep expertise in CSS3, Sass/SCSS, Flexbox/Grid, and frameworks like Tailwind or Bootstrap.
• Design Tools & Storybook: Experience creating design tokens and documentation via Storybook. High proficiency with Figma for asset extraction.
• JavaScript / Frameworks: Solid proficiency in vanilla JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript, with experience collaborating on React or Vue projects.
• Build Tools & Performance: Experience with Vite/Webpack. Proficiency using Lighthouse for profiling.

Compensation: ₹307,000.00 - ₹1,510,000.00 per year.
