Senior Telecom Protocol Developer

About the Role:

We are seeking a Senior Telecom Protocol Developer with strong expertise in C programming, LTE/5G RAN technologies, and telecom protocol stack development. You will design, develop, and enhance eNodeB/gNodeB software components, implement NAS and SCTP protocols, troubleshoot complex issues, and optimize network performance.

What You'll Do:

• Design, develop, and maintain LTE and 5G platform components using C on Linux.
• Implement features across protocol stacks including RRC, S1AP, X2AP, NGAP.
• Analyze logs to debug signaling issues and resolve complex network problems.
• Collaborate with architects, QA teams, and product owners globally.
• Create technical documentation and contribute to architecture enhancements.

Expertise You'll Bring:

• 7–15 years in telecom software development and protocol engineering.
• In-depth knowledge of LTE/5G RAN, NAS/SCTP protocols, and Linux environments.
• Proven experience with eNodeB/gNodeB infrastructure products.
• Strong skills in debugging, performance optimization, and cross-functional teamwork.
