Senior Technical Support Engineer

Zycus is seeking a Senior Technical Support Engineer to join their Technical Account Management Team in Mumbai, India. This role involves translating business requirements into platform configurations for the Zycus Source-to-Pay (S2P) suite, focusing on design, configuration, post-implementation support, operational stability, and scalable solutions across various Zycus modules. Prior experience with S2P/P2P solutions like SAP Ariba, Coupa, Ivalua, Basware, or Jaggaer is preferred. The successful candidate will work with global customers, including Fortune 500 clients, delivering analytical and solution-oriented services. Responsibilities include understanding customer configurations and usage, providing training on new releases, proactively resolving issues, managing change and service requests, identifying and addressing root causes of tickets, and performing maintenance tasks on implemented customer solutions. Collaboration with Technical Account Managers to ensure timely deliverables and customer satisfaction is key. The role also involves contributing to best practices, knowledge sharing, and efficiently using Zycus products, incident management tools, and MS-Excel. A strong technical understanding of the Zycus solution and its configuration capabilities is essential.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, or Business Systems, with preferred S2P/P2P certifications. Candidates should have 2-5 years of experience, be willing to work in 24x7 shifts, and possess excellent written and oral communication skills.
