Job Title: Senior Technical Recruiter
Job Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India
Shift Timing: 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM IST (Monday to Friday)
Summary
As a Senior Technical Recruiter at iConsultera in Ahmedabad, you will be instrumental in sourcing and recruiting top talent for a variety of demanding IT, engineering, and professional roles. This position requires a strategic approach to partnering with clients, understanding their unique hiring needs, and developing tailored recruiting strategies to build and maintain robust candidate pipelines. You will serve as a subject matter expert on market trends and specialized roles, driving innovative solutions to meet client objectives.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with account management to define strategic and financial objectives, and specific client hiring requirements.
- Analyze client needs, select optimal recruiting methodologies, and implement effective recruiting plans and strategies.
- Ensure the successful execution of recruiting operations and fulfillment strategies.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including candidate sourcing, engagement, onboarding, and client marketing efforts.
- Lead team meetings, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment.
- Mentor, train, and motivate team members, managing their career development and performance in alignment with HR best practices.
- Ensure the team possesses the necessary skills and competencies for efficient and compliant operations.
- Develop, maintain, and present key recruiting metrics and performance dashboards to management.
- Utilize operational data to continuously monitor and improve the effectiveness of all recruiting initiatives.
- Cultivate strong business relationships with field management to guarantee client satisfaction.
- Participate in client quality performance reviews.
- Contribute to special projects and perform other assigned duties as needed.
Education & Job Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field is required, along with a minimum of two years of professional recruiting experience.
- Prior experience in the staffing or human resources solutions industry, and previous supervisory experience, are highly advantageous.
- Equivalent combinations of post-secondary education and relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a formal degree.

- Comprehensive understanding of employment-related laws, regulations, and compliance standards.
- Proficiency in utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Up-to-date knowledge of current sourcing techniques, recruiting best practices, and industry methodologies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
