We are seeking a Senior Technical Operations Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of our Value-Added Services (VAS) products. You will be responsible for providing round-the-clock support to our customers, meticulously troubleshooting and resolving issues according to established procedures. Your duties will encompass routine operational activities, proactive fault management, and efficient change management, all while maintaining system integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 24/7 customer support for various VAS products, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Execute routine operational tasks, manage faults, and implement changes effectively.
• Ensure the maintenance of service uptime and adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Perform capacity planning and manage system redundancy to ensure high availability.
• Analyze reported problems from clients to identify root causes with strong analytical skills.
• Support application deployments, including releases, patches, and fixes on the platform.
• Conduct system audits in collaboration with internal and external teams.
• Contribute technical input to regulatory and government bodies regarding application compliance.
• Provide well-reasoned justifications for any non-compliance cases.
• Configure and troubleshoot Linux environments, focusing on clustering, high availability, and load balancing.
• Gain hands-on experience with various WebServers such as Apache, Tomcat, and Jboss.

Key Skills Required:

• Proven hands-on experience with Linux platforms and troubleshooting application and Linux environment issues.
• RHCE/RHCA certification is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in MySQL or Oracle databases.
• Basic understanding of telecommunications concepts, including IN, HLR, SMSC, VLR, GSM, and MSC.
• Solid knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes, with the ability to manage related tasks independently.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
• Basic scripting skills in Python and shell scripting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with Tomcat, JBOSS, Apache, and other web servers.
