Senior Systems Engineer

Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to join our Observability and Resilience team. You will focus on developing AI-driven observability capabilities, establishing industry standards, building automated incident responses, and partnering with engineering teams to improve resilience and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver new capabilities using AI to develop agentic flows for seamless enterprise toolset adoption.
• Champion innovative tools and methods across the organization.
• Develop and own strategic relationships with engineering teams.
• Ensure all key assets are fully observable through advanced monitoring solutions.
• Build automated responses to common issues, reducing time-to-notice and accelerating mean-time-to-resolution (MTTR).
• Establish spec-driven standards for operations and observability protocols.
• Reimagine incident detection, triage, and response strategies at scale.
• Experiment with cutting-edge approaches to observability, monitoring, and alerting systems.
• Define the future of modern observability and response engineering within our organization.
