Key Responsibilities

• System Administration:
• Perform system upgrades, patch management, and performance tuning to ensure high availability.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues effectively.
• Administer Windows Server environments (2016/2019/2022), including Failover Clustering and Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS).
• Design and maintain Group Policy Objects (GPOs) and manage DNS/DHCP configurations.
• Virtualization (VMware):
• Install, configure, and manage VMware ESXi hosts, vCenter servers, and virtual machines (VMs).
• Optimize performance, capacity, and address vulnerabilities in the VMware environment.
• Automation & Scripting:
• Develop automation scripts using PowerShell, Python, Ansible, bash, or Puppet.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with Terraform or CloudFormation for automated provisioning.
• Automate configuration management and deployment processes across multiple environments.
• Networking & Security:
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and core networking protocols.
• Implement Active Directory security best practices and manage domain migrations/trusts.

Required Qualifications

You have 5+ years of experience in Windows Server Administration and Active Directory Management. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred.
You possess extensive expertise with VMware vSphere, ESXi, and vCenter.
Proficiency in scripting languages (PowerShell, Bash, Python) and automation tools like Terraform/CloudFormation is essential.
Experience managing cloud services on AWS for infrastructure provisioning.
