Senior System Analyst

AVIZVA is seeking a Senior System Analyst to join its product development team in Delhi. In this crucial role, you will be at the forefront of solution design, working closely with product owners, the system architect, and lead developers. Your responsibilities will involve collaborating with business and technology stakeholders to drive product innovation and enhance healthcare delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze business, functional, and data requirements in collaboration with Product Owners and stakeholders to derive comprehensive system requirements.
• Collaborate with the system architect to understand product architecture, component interactions, data flows, and technological nuances.
• Develop a deep understanding of industry-specific datasets, their business significance, and logical structuring from a data modeling perspective.
• Conduct in-depth industry research on datasets relevant to problem statements. Perform functional and data analysis to identify entities, attributes, and relationships, creating conceptual data models with cross-functional team input.
• Apply ETL principles to define requirements for data interchange and integration platforms, handling disparate data sources and multiple systems.
• Define data mappings, transformation, and enrichment logic for complex entities and sub-entities, including business rules.
• Identify API use cases for data exposure, consumption, and management, defining API signatures with precise request/response structures.
• Create and review detailed integration specifications for inter-system interfaces, covering connectivity, protocols, authentication, frequency, payloads, and exception handling.
• Provide technical clarifications to development teams regarding requirements, system design, integrations, data flows, and scenarios.
• Support other product teams by explaining APIs, integrations, endpoint logic, business context, and entity structures.
• Assist Product Owners in backlog grooming through functional, system, integration, and data analysis.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related analytical field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or Business System Analyst.
• Proven experience in analyzing and defining complex systems involving components, data, integrations, and flows.
• Hands-on experience with structured and semi-structured data, data modeling, SQL queries, and working knowledge of Elasticsearch indexes. Experience with unstructured data is a significant advantage.
• Demonstrated experience in identifying and defining entities and APIs, including writing API and API consumer specifications.
• Ability to map data from various sources to different consumer endpoints (systems, services, UIs, processes).
• Experience with data management products based on ETL principles, handling diverse datasets and systems.
• Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to understand business problems and ideate appropriate technology solutions through stakeholder engagement.
• Exposure to diagrammatic analysis using BPMN and UML (e.g., activity flows, use cases, sequence diagrams, DFDs).
• Experience in writing requirement documentation such as BRD, FRD, SRS, Use-Cases, and User-Stories.
• Understanding of IT system architecture, components, inter-component interactions, databases, data sources, and data/system flows.
• Familiarity with the Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence).
• Experience in product implementation and customization through system configuration is a plus.
• Experience driving UX design activities with graphic and UI teams using tools like wireframes, flow diagrams, and information architecture is a plus.
• Familiarity with UX design and collaboration tools like Figma, Zeplin is a plus.
• Awareness or prior exposure to Healthcare and Insurance business and data is a significant advantage.
