Senior Survey Programmer

Guidepoint's Market Research Team is seeking a Senior Survey Programmer in Mumbai (hybrid or remote) to program complex market research questionnaires into web-based platforms with custom design. This role requires working hours aligned with US East Coast colleagues and involves QA on programmed survey work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Program high-quality, timely market research questionnaires from Microsoft Word formats into the Qualtrics online platform.
• Configure routing, custom display logic, and termination logic to ensure respondents are shown only relevant questions.
• Ensure accessibility, clarity, aesthetics, and engagement for survey respondents across all media (video, images, text).
• Leverage JavaScript/jQuery, HTML/CSS to create custom question designs, back-end logic/data structures, or display functionality within Qualtrics.
• Maintain accessible libraries of Javascript examples for consistent execution by less technical staff.
• Consult with project managers on design adjustments and clarify specifications to prevent respondent confusion.
• Conduct rigorous quality assurance (QA) before surveys go live.
• Manage sample collection setup, either internally or via external recruitment partners.
• Oversight of third-party translations and QA for accurate display in multiple languages.
• Collaborate with project managers via instant messaging, video calls, and project management platforms.
• Coordinate with fieldwork teams to maintain up-to-date quotas.
