Senior Specialist Talent Systems

The Hershey Company is seeking a Senior Specialist Talent Systems based in Mumbai, India, with the flexibility of remote work. This role is crucial for optimizing our Human Capital Management (HCM) systems, specifically focusing on SuccessFactors modules like Employee Central, Recruiting, and Onboarding. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in configuring, enhancing, and managing these systems to streamline talent acquisition, employee management, and onboarding processes.

Key responsibilities include system implementation, configuration, and enhancement, managing integrations and data migration, developing reports and analytics, ensuring compliance and security, and contributing to HR project delivery. You will act as a subject matter expert for SuccessFactors, providing guidance on system release reviews and continuous improvements. This includes overseeing the design, configuration, testing, and implementation of HR systems and upgrades, analyzing HR business requirements to recommend effective system solutions, and collaborating with vendors and internal IT teams for seamless system integration and performance.

We are looking for a candidate with proven experience in configuring and optimizing SuccessFactors modules, along with expertise in Eightfold, OrgVue, and Qualtrics. Strong proficiency in SuccessFactors reporting tools, including Integration Center, is essential. A deep understanding of HR processes, platforms, and employee data management is required. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into system configurations, are a must. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are vital for effective stakeholder collaboration. A SuccessFactors certification is highly desirable, as are excellent MS Excel skills. A Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or equivalent experience, coupled with 5+ years of experience in HR technology platforms, systems, analytics, and processes, is required.
