Role Description
Position: Azure Gen AI Sr Engineer

The role requires strong hands-on experience in Azure cloud services for Generative AI solutions and Python-based development. You will design, build, and deploy AI-enabled applications on Azure leveraging Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Services, and Python frameworks with a focus on scalable, secure, production-ready solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop Azure-based GenAI solutions using Azure OpenAI and Azure AI Services.
• Build Python-based backend services for AI workflows, APIs, and orchestration layers (FastAPI/Flask).
• Implement RAG patterns using Azure-native components including Azure AI Search/Cognitive Search.
• Integrate with PaaS services like App Service, Functions, Storage, and API Management.
• Collaborate on architecture to translate use cases into solutions ensuring security governance.
• Deploy/manage via DevOps/GitHub Actions CI/CD pipelines and optimize workloads for performance/cost.

Mandatory Skills: Azure AI (OpenAI Foundry Services), Python, Agent orchestration frameworks, Docker/AKS basics, Responsible AI principles. Any Azure AI certification is a plus.
